Every template is edited in Canva, in your browser — a free Canva account is enough. After purchase you receive a PDF containing your personal template link: click it, and a copy of the design opens in your Canva account. Change the names, date, venue and wording, then download. A short video tutorial in your language walks you through every step.
You receive a PDF with your Canva template link and a step-by-step video tutorial. From Canva you then export your finished design: the digital version as a JPEG or PNG image (or a short video for animated invitations), and the printable version as a high-resolution PDF with bleed, ready for your home printer or a print shop.
The digital version is designed for exactly that. Once you have personalised the template in Canva, download it as a JPEG, PNG or MP4 and share it directly in a WhatsApp chat or group, by e-mail or on social media. It is sized to look sharp on a phone screen.
Yes. The printable version exports as a high-resolution PDF in standard sizes, so you can print at home on quality card stock or hand the file to any local or online print shop. Colours and margins are set up for professional printing.
If you prefer not to edit the template yourself, choose the optional personalisation service: send us your wording — names, date, venue, schedule — and we deliver your finished, ready-to-send files within 24 hours on business days. The design stays exactly the same, we do the editing for you.
As stated in our Terms of Sale, by accessing the template immediately after purchase you expressly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to digital content in the EU. However, if a file is defective, unreadable or does not match its description, the legal guarantee of conformity applies: we correct or replace it free of charge, or refund you if we cannot. No. Your purchase includes a personal-use license: one license covers one event — your wedding. Reusing the template for another event, reselling it or sharing the template link is not permitted. See the Product License page for the full terms.
Vellumpage publishes wedding stationery for eight markets: English, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish. Wording, etiquette and paper sizes follow local conventions, and each market has its own video tutorial.
