Information Automatically Collected

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time on site.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: We store a consent preference key (kl_cookie_consent) to remember your cookie choice. Where consent is required by law, analytics and advertising cookies wait for your acceptance; elsewhere they load on arrival and you can switch them off at any time.

Payment Processing: Stripe

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Vellumpage does not receive, store, or process your card number, CVV, or banking information. Stripe's processing is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

When you complete a purchase, Stripe shares with us: your name, email address, billing country, and the amount paid, used solely to fulfill your order, apply the correct VAT, and tag you as a buyer in our email system.

Email Marketing: Mautic

We use Mautic (self-hosted at mautic.xpertpro.cloud) to manage our email list. When you subscribe, your name and email are stored in Mautic. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Cookies and Tracking

  • Essential: Consent preference cookie (kl_cookie_consent) and the cookies Stripe needs for payment security and fraud prevention. Always active.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, traffic and behavior analysis. Active only with consent. Uses Consent Mode v2.
  • Advertising: Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest Tag, conversion tracking and ad retargeting. Active only with consent.
  • Session analytics: Microsoft Clarity: anonymized session replays and heatmaps showing how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, navigation). Text you type is masked. Active only with consent.

Where you are changes what we do. If you visit from the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, nothing beyond the essential cookies loads until you accept, that is what the law there requires. Everywhere else, including the United States, analytics and advertising cookies load when the page opens, and you can switch them off at any time with the Your privacy choices link in the footer. Refusing reloads the page so that nothing keeps running behind your back.

Third-Party Services

Digital Products & Downloads

Vellumpage sells digital downloadable products (PDF files and Canva template links). We do not ship physical products. Download links are delivered via email and are available in your Etsy or Stripe purchase history. Digital files cannot be physically returned: however, every purchase made directly on vellumpage.com is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: email us within 30 days and we refund in full, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). Email data is stored on a self-hosted, encrypted server. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
